We absolutely love the process of creating a menu for each season's special food and wine concert at Hamline. This is our third year working with Chef Emmet, and we're super excited to preview some of the delicious appetizers and desserts he's come up with for Salon Parisien. The food and wine component of these concerts is fun for us not only because we get to sample a variety of great cuisine ahead of time, but also because of how much these breaks for conversation and refreshments add to the concert experience for us and our audience. It magnifies the energy on stage because we get to talk and relate to folks about the music, which also makes it feel like we're performing for and among friends. Plus, who doesn't love crepes, right?!
